FlyWithDogs is the project through which Nikitro OÜ offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 – STUDENTS

Students must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. If you are younger than 18 but above the required age for consent to use online services where you live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), you may not use the Services, but we encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to help you enroll in courses that are appropriate for you. If you are below this age of consent to use online services, you may not use the Services.

SECTION 2 – COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

As a student, when you enroll in a course, whether it’s a free or paid course, you will be interacting directly with a course manager from FlyWithDogs. All communication regarding course progression, including any necessary instructions or support, will be conducted through messengers, email, and phone calls. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the appropriate guidance and support throughout your learning experience with FlyWithDogs.

In legal, more complete terms, Nikitro OÜ grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the courses and associated content provided to you by a course manager, for which you have paid all required fees. This access is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our Services. You are permitted to use these materials as part of your course engagement through direct communications via email, messenger services, or phone calls with the course manager.

Please note, all other uses of the course materials are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course materials unless explicitly permitted by Nikitro OÜ in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative. This ensures that all course content remains confidential and is used only in a manner that is consistent with your educational development as stipulated by FlyWithDogs.

We reserve the right to revoke any logins to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course you enrolled in is the object of a copyright complaint, or if we determine its content violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines. Translation captions of courses may be disabled by instructors at any time, and instructors may decide at any time to no longer provide teaching assistance or Q&A services in association with a course.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENTS, CREDITS, AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy

At FlyWithDogs, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring our customers have a smooth experience. Please review our refund and payment terms carefully.

Eligibility for Refund:

To qualify for a refund, the customer must book a flight within 3 months of the issuance of the certificate, using our service to verify the booking reservation.
The booking must be made with our assistance and verified by our team prior to the flight.

Conditions for Refund:

The refund will only apply if the customer is confirmed as traveling with the airline and shows up at the airport on the day of the flight.
If the customer is refused boarding by the airline at the gate for reasons beyond their control, they will be eligible for a complete refund.

Proof of Refusal:

The customer must provide clear evidence of being refused boarding. This could include official documentation or communication from the airline detailing the refusal.

Scope of Refund:

This policy applies only to the first flight booked using our service and verified by us.

Pricing and Promotions:

The prices of courses offered by FlyWithDogs are determined based on the terms of our Service and Promotions Policy.
We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses.
Certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time.
The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase.

Payment Authorization: You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase and authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

FlyWithDogs works with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.

Valid Payment Methods: By making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to halt your participation in any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

SECTION 4 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. However, all credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. This includes any form of copying or replication of the services and materials provided to you through our courses.
